Refund Policy

What SaaStore is, in this context
SaaStore is a directory of independent software products. When you choose to subscribe to or purchase a product listed on SaaStore, you do so directly on the Vendor's own site, through the Vendor's own checkout. SaaStore does not collect payment from you, does not process refunds, and is not a party to the contract between you and the Vendor.
Where refunds actually come from
Refunds for any subscription or purchase made through a Listing are handled by the Vendor under the Vendor's own refund terms, which are published on the Vendor's site. Before requesting a refund, please:
- Review the Vendor's published refund or cancellation policy on their site.
- Contact the Vendor directly at the support address listed on their product page or in your purchase confirmation.
When SaaStore can help
If you cannot reach a Vendor at the contact information they have on file, if the Vendor refuses to follow their own published refund terms, or if you believe a Listing on SaaStore was misrepresented (for example, the destination site is not the product you saw on SaaStore), please contact us at info@saastore.ai with the Listing URL, the date of your purchase, and a short description of the issue.
We will:
- Contact the Vendor on your behalf, where possible, to mediate.
- Review the Listing for accuracy and remove it if it materially misrepresents the product.
We cannot:
- Refund any amount paid to a Vendor, because we did not receive that amount.
- Override the Vendor's own refund terms.
- Guarantee a successful resolution with a Vendor we do not control.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence (for example, the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, or the EU Consumer Rights Directive). Those rights apply to the contract you have with the Vendor, not with SaaStore, and you should raise statutory-right claims with the Vendor directly. If the Vendor refuses to honour an applicable statutory right, please email us at info@saastore.ai and we will take that into account when deciding whether to keep the Listing live.
Vendor purchases from SaaStore
This policy addresses purchases by Users from Vendors. A Vendor's purchase of paid promotion services from SaaStore is governed by the Promotion Services Terms, including their cancellation and refund provisions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our marketplace model changes (for example, if SaaStore begins processing payments directly for certain Listings). We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in accordance with our Terms of Service.
